The owner seems very nice, but her assistant has a short fuse with the animals when they are busy. Actually she is down right rude. Also, I think she has her assistant work on the dogs. I do not like that and therefore I won't go back. I just get bad vibes from her asst/helper/sec .... Also, my dog's cut is just not as neat and precise as I would like, she's had uneven ears, one side of her face shorter than the other, her paws not trimmed evenly, I never get the same cut.
Pleasant people do deal with. It must be a popular place because they were swamped with client's pets. My first time there and as Arnold would say, "I'll be back" with my two pups. They looked beautiful.
